Origine & Care:
Each garment is carefully crafted on manual knitting machines by skilled homeworkers in Lithuania, one piece at a time. This process is an integral part of the brand’s commitment to empowering women. Each piece requires approximately two days of work, with the final assembly completed by hand after knitting to shape (fully fashioned garments).
MERINO WOOL
100% certified merino wool yarn from Italian manufacturers:
To eliminate odours, place your garment outside to regenerate. For tougher stains and odors, use a mild wool detergent and avoid bleach. Wool doesn’t need frequent washing. Pre-treat stains with soap. For machine washing, use the gentle wool cycle at 30° or cold wash. Hand washing is recommended, as machine settings vary. To dry, lay your garment flat on a towel and reshape if needed. Never tumble dry. If necessary, iron with steam on the inside.
Pilling is a natural characteristic of wool, caused by friction, and doesn’t indicate low quality. Softer wool or bulkier knitting tends to pill more. You can remove pills with a wool shaver. Washing the garment helps, and once dry, gently remove the pills. Pilling will reduce after 3-4 washes.
Keep moths away with scents like lavender, cedar wood, and peppermint. Place sachets or use essential oils of these fragrances in your wardrobe to protect your garments.
COTTON
100% certified cotton yarn from Italian manufacturers
Generally, cotton knit can be washed normally at 30°C. It’s best to reduce the spin speed to avoid unnecessary strain on the fabric, or you can use the wool wash cycle. To further protect the garment from zippers and metal parts of other clothes, turn it inside out and place it in a laundry bag—this will ensure a safe wash. If you don’t have a laundry bag large enough, you can also simply place the item in a (closed) pillowcase to safeguard it during the wash. To dry, lay your garment flat on a towel and reshape if needed. Never tumble dry. If necessary, iron with steam on the inside.
